Shipping Policy
HANDLING AND SHIPPING
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Handling Time)
- All orders take approximately another 1-2 weeks to be delivered (Shipping Time)
All orders will receive at least 2 emails:
- A confirmation email right after placing an order with a confirmation number.
- A shipping notification email after we ship your order with a tracking number.
*Please note that while we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, transit time is beyond our control and may be subject to carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control. We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment.
We do not accept refund requests once the order has been shipped.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on where you live.
*Customers will cover all taxes and fees. We also do not collect this during checkout and cannot give you an estimate of the cost as well. For information about taxes and fees, please check your country’s taxes and fees policy.
ORDER TRACKING
We will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once your package has been shipped.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
Kindly check if the shipping address you put down at checkout is the same as the address the shipment was delivered to. You can check this with your order confirmation email that lists the shipping address you put down during checkout and through tracking information from your shipping confirmation email which lists the address where the shipment was delivered to.
We also suggest that you do the following as well:
1. Check with your family members, housemates, or neighbors to make sure someone did not accidentally take your package.
2. Get in touch with your postal carrier as they may have made a mistake:
- Domestic orders (USA): Please contact the United States Postal Service or United Postal Service.
- International orders: Please contact your country’s primary postal carrier. Unfortunately, for international orders we don't have a way of knowing ahead of time exactly which postal carrier packages will be handed off to, since there are a numerous amount of variables that are involved in this process. However, usually, the dominant carrier of your country will be the one (the one that delivers the majority of your packages).
RETURNED TO SENDER
Orders may be returned for various reasons, including non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, etc.
If a package is returned or rejected, you will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
We do not issue a refund for rejected or returned packages.
We encourage you to keep checking on the status of your order once you receive the shipping notification email and make sure that you put your updated phone number during checkout.
MISSING & INCORRECT ORDERS
Please email us at hello@nextwavetradingllc.com to report missing parcels or incorrectly filled orders. Please quote your order number with your email.
