We are based in New York, USA.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once you have ordered an item/s, you will receive a confirmation email from us to use in tracking the status of your order. 

We will send another email to confirm that your order is on its way to you, including a date of expected shipping delivery. A link of your tracking order is also available, depending on the delivery method.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

You can only request a change of order if it has not gone through shipping yet or within 24 hours of payment.

If your order status is preparing for shipping, shipping, or delivered, we cannot accommodate any change to your item/s.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP? 

We currently ship mainly to United States, Canada, Australia, and UK but also cater to all areas globally via our partnership with different shipping companies. No matter where you are, you can buy from us!
